This is not just a lesson: it is the first step in surfing. After years of experience teaching surfing we guarantee you will stand up and ride your first waves in just one lesson! If you don’t, you get a free lesson. Our lesson begins on the beach with some theory and practicing the right movements and the position you have to use on the board. Then we go into the water and start surfing!

The instruction takes 2 hours for group lessons and 1 and 1/2 hours for a private lesson: We keep our group lesson student/teacher ratio low (max. 5 students per instructor) for best results. The private lesson is one instructor for each student. You can take as many lessons as you want to improve your surfing.

3 Day Course: This surf course is ideal for those who are looking to either learn the basics of surfing or to improve their surfing. It includes 3 full immersion days consisting of one private lesson each day (1 1/2 hours) and the use of a surfboard the entire time. Just you and your instructor will focus on developing basic skills or, for the intermediate surfer, improving your technique. At the end of this course you will be able to turn and ride waves!!

4 Day Course with a Surf Trip: Special for those who are planning to run away from the daily rush and looking forward to relaxing, enjoying nature and the surf. It includes 4 full immersion days consisting of one 2 hour private lesson daily (first 3 days) and the use of a surfboard for the entire time. On the 4th day take a surf trip to one of the nearby famous surf spots (Playa Grande, Playa Langosta or Playa Avellanas) along with your private surf instructor. Lessons will be scheduled either in the morning or afternoon depending upon the best surf conditions. The remainder of the day can be used to practice, take a tour, or just “kick back” and relax. We guarantee you a great time! Athletic preparation: In order to get the most out of the 4 Day Course, while you are at home, practice some swimming or jogging and some Yoga or stretching.
